Principle and Effects
Single Screw Structure: Balanced Force and Efficiency
A single screw interacts with two star wheels to create 12 compression chambers. Operating at around 3000 r/min, the compressor achieves optimal power and lubrication performance. By using water as a coolant instead of oil, it approaches isothermal compression, significantly enhancing overall efficiency.
